Guild Master - Kalzur

Co-Gm - Relyis

Raid Leader - Kalzur, Relyis.

Loot Master - Kalzur, Mith, Relyis.

Council - Valdk, Tirrissa, Mith, Maydie.

Officer - Odyesseus, Damia, Losi, Ziegfreid, Xeonort, Krazzie.

 

Rank Descriptions

Guild Master - Run the guild smoothly and make any and all final decisions and can take role of any other rank.

Co-Gm - Same as a Guild Master.

Council - Start a raid and lead a raid, handle loot, invite new members, promote and demote.

Officer - Start a raid, seek out and recruit members.

 

 

Guild Rules:

Trial Members

1) Trial Members have to attend 100% of the raid for their first two (2) weeks in the guild.

2) All members have to download and use the following addons:

     - Deadly Boss Mod or BigWigs BosMod

     - Omen 2.0

     - If you are a Paladin you must have Pallypower addon.

3) All trial members have to register to our guild website within the first 24 hours of joining our guild.

4) Have vent and connect to it during raids. A mic isn't required but preferred.


Any member

1) Show respect and kindness to your fellow guild member.

2) Ranks are based on your attendance and dedication to this guild.

3) Never pug a 25m run with out asking an officer.

4) After a boss is dead, you may not post a DPS meter or any meters untill loot is done, or unless an officer directs you to do so.

5) Alts will only be allowed on runs if its an even trade for the same job. (DPS for DPS, Healer for Healer) or asked by the raid leader.

6) If there is an issue or dispute between yourself and other guild members please notify an officer to resolve it before taking rash decision such as gquiting. In most cases we do not invite back.

7) If there is any questions about how loot was handled at any given time feel free to ask any of our loot council members. ( Relyis, Mith, Kalzur, Maydie )


Calendar and Invites

1) All members must respond to the calendar invites at least 3 hours before invites go out

2) If you fail to respond to an invite before raid time, you do not have a guaranteed spot or in most cases you may not come to that raid night.

3) If you fail to respond to an invite with out contacting an officer before hand, you will be given an "Out", so remember if you cannot make it decline or contact an officer to be put on Standby.

4) If you accept an invite and do not show up to a raid, you will be given an "Out" on the calendar.

5) After 3 Outs you will lose your spot in raids and/or guild.

6) Declining Raids and Standbys do not affect you.


Loot system - DKP

1) DKP system stands for Dragon Kill Points.  It's a system where it records your attendance to raids and gives you  points based on what raids you attended.

Ways to Earn DKP

 a) Starting DKP - 2 dkp points will be awarded when you join the raid within 5 minutes from raid invite time.

 b) Boss kill DKP - 3 dkp points per boss that drops i213 and 5 dkp points per boss that drops i226 items.

 c) Ending DKP  - 5 dkp points for staying the whole raid, the snap shot will be taken at the end of the raid

Ways to Spend DKP

 a) Buying Items - i213 will cost 30 dkp points

                       - i226 will cost 75 dkp points

                       - i232 will cost 100 dkp points

 b) Buying an Item for Offspec or an Alt will Cost 50%.

 c) Alts and Offspec are considered equal even when bidding for an item but are under Main spec Main char's. If an item is left with out bids, it will be turned into shards for the gbank.


Ways to Lose DKP

a) Stop showing up for runs for 1 week with out notice.

b) Going AFK in the middle of a run, before a boss, during a boss, after a boss. Its acceptable to go afk on trash with notice.

c) Pulling a boss before we are ready. It doesn't matter if it was done on purpose or accident.

d) Receiving 2 Outs on the calendar will result in losing 5dkp points.
